Summary
Due to abnormal solar activity, the Earth of the future is covered with sand. The protagonist Sam Coyne lives his daily life as a crew member of the sand pirate ship Baldanos. While helping with trading work as part of the crew, Sam continues to search for “Ozma,” a mysterious moving object that caused his brother's disappearance.
One day, while on his routine search for Ozma, Sam encounters a yacht being pursued by “Theseus,” an army of clone humans known as IC (Ideal Children). After fierce attacks from Theseus, Sam saves a mysterious girl named Maya from the yacht, and decides to bring her back to the Baldanos.
