Summary
Maetel, saddened by the advancing mechanization of Rāmetal, gets led by a black cat to the lowest underground level. There she finds Rarella, the former ruler of Rāmetal. Meanwhile, on the surface, by Prometheum's order, the remaining people are about to be forcibly mechanized.
Nazca stands at the forefront fighting to prevent this. Seeing this situation, Leopard finally takes action.
