Summary
Inside the Yamato, conflict arises between the space cavalry unit, who disregards discipline, and the Yamato crew. At that time, the time-delay radar detects an enemy ship from two hours ago, and the Yamato goes on alert, only to be attacked by a “Space Sub” (space submarine) that is invisible to imaging. The Yamato forces the enemy ship to surface with a mine attack, then destroys it with main gun fire and fighter operations. When the Yamato lands on an asteroid for repairs, a fight breaks out between the Yamato crew and the space cavalry unit.
