Summary
Former crew members begin reporting to the Yamato during its maintenance, but new recruit Takeshi Ageha receives orders dismissing him from the crew. The Ageha conglomerate has pulled strings at headquarters. After Captain Kodai learns from Shima that the route map for the migration search is blank beyond 5,000 light-years, he understands the difficult journey ahead. When the Commander-in-Chief receives a communication from the Planet Alpha front base under attack from the Galman Empire's Dagon fleet, he requests Captain Kodai to launch the Yamato as soon as possible…
