Summary
Receiving Kodai's communication, Dessler dispatches a geological survey ship to the planet. Commander Helmeyer is surprised to find that Planet Phantom, supposed to be Earth-like, closely resembles the Galman-Gamilas home planet. After Analyzer reports to Kodai that this planet is a cosmic life form, the commander ignores Kodai's warnings and drives exploration drills into the ground.
